Here is the second of Colettes beautiful Vintage Notes cards. Colette has created the rosette by hand, using a Tonic Geared Punch - Victorian Border, and scoring and folding at regular intervals. Quite time consuming, but also very effective!
Products used - 6x6 Scalloped white card blank, Vintage Notes 6x6 Paper Pack, Vintage Notes 6x6 Decoupage Card Kit, Vintage Notes Decoupage Medley, XCut Corner Rounder - Large, Vintage Notes Lace Borders, Vintage Notes Clear Decorative Pins, and Stick on Pearls.
